The Will County Adult Detention Facility began using Pacific Concepts - "StrongBag" storage bags in 1988 to securely store inmate clothing. When it came time to expand the Detention Facility in 2008, there was no question that we would continue to use the durable Pacific Concepts bags that we have found to be so reliable over the last twenty years. These bags are so sturdy and well made that we are currently using Pacific Concepts bags that are more than 20 years old.
