Warranty Agreement

Pacific Concepts, a division of HBD, Inc., a North Carolina corporation, guarantees that in the event of a failure due to poor materials or workmanship, credit will be given for the unused portion of the guarantee period. This warranty covers any of our standard and premium lines of hanging property storage bags, collapsible strong boxes, and valuable pouches found to be defective in materials or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery of the product. This guarantee excludes any damage found to be caused by misuse of the product and normal wear and tear.

All replacement products will be manufactured in accordance with the most current specifications.
